As a marketing platform, Shopwindow touted itself as, “a digital conversion technology that creates relevant connections between businesses and their customers.” After several brand strategy exercises, I helped the company’s founder re-position the brand as a marketing tool that connects people to their favorite businesses. The new brand purpose was then paired with a cheeky, focused, and approachable brand character and dressed in a matching visual identity.
